J.Crew's Collaborations Just Keep Getting Better

When J.Crew announced back in May that it was teaming up with CFDA Award-winning shoe whiz Tabitha Simmons, we were thrilled. Though slightly pricier than the brand's typical footwear, Simmons' ditsy floral-printed capsule (which, by the way, you can still purchase at Jcrew.com in limited sizes—do it!) perfectly epitomized J.Crew's classic-with-a-twist aesthetic. And now, the industry-adored company is set to strike collaboration gold once more with its new team-up with Sophia Webster, another British-born shoe designer that's making major waves in the fashion world.

For the project, Webster reworked 12 styles from her primary collection for J.Crew shoppers, ranging from ankle-strapped stilettos to her famous Aztec sandals. We can also expect lots of polka dots, neon, tassels and other embellishment. While speaking with WWD, J.Crew's Jenna Lyons described Webster's shoes as "miniature sets—a beautiful world for your feet to spend the day in. Each shoe tells a unique story." And since the lady clearly knows her way around a stiletto, we'll take her word for it.

While Sophia Webster x J.Crew won't hit stores or Jcrew.com until next year and pricing is still TBD, we thankfully won't have to wait long to see the footwear up close—the brand will be debuting styles from the collab at its NYFW presentation tomorrow morning! In the meantime, check out a couple of preview sketches above and below.
