Finding a Brow Person

While there's no single cosmetics brand that does brows nationally, Benefit Cosmetics now has technician-staffed brow bars at 10 of its boutiques in California and at Bloomingdale's in New York. Select Sephora and Nordstrom stores have them too, with technicians trained by Hollywood brow legend Anastasia.
Salons are the more traditional spot for brows. "You find the best people by word of mouth," notes Amy Kernahan of her eponymous makeup studio in NYC. "When you see someone with really great eyebrows, get a name." Here, the cross-country superstars:
