I have already written here about the most glorious place on earth: a tiny garden high above the Hermès store/workshops in Paris, not more than a patch of grass really, a few trees and shrubs, many sets of charming French doors and a life-size rider on horseback triumphantly flying two Hermès scarves in the breeze.
Little did I know, the people down in the workrooms below were busy toiling on a fragrance inspired by it: The scent smells like real flowers (not flowery, but flowers, with stems, leaves, etc.), grass, even a little bit of dirt and ... the breeze on a Paris rooftop (wafted through a big silk Hermès scarf, of course).
