Few things are as compelling to me as this (self-assembled) Kit of Utter Preparedness:
1. A natural, non-triclosan, faintly cinnamon-scented hand spray that kills germs without creating antibiotic resistance.
2. Bath salts bursting with curative, sinus-clearing eucalyptus—yet infused with enough subtle citrus to render them delightful (as opposed to medicinal).
3. Natural menthol cough drops made with wildly soothing (and wildly, naturally antibiotic) honey.

Put it in your medicine cabinet (except the spray, which fits perfectly in a makeup bag and should always, always be taken on a plane and sprayed beyond-constantly throughout the flight) and feel—as I now do—glamorously, very prepared.
