Aquaphor, Burt's Bees, Carmex and ChapStick all have loyal fan bases, of course, but this particular balm might be the most versatile. It's got the SPF that most of those classic formulas don't, but it doesn't have a crazy or too-sweet flavor, just a hint of mint and slides-on-so-easily goodness. Perfect for moments when you don't need a look, just moisture.
Just as lip-quenching, but with a little wash of color that's almost your natural lip shade...but not quite. Ideal for that no-makeup-makeup look.

A Stays-All-Night Stain
For those times when you want to apply some lip color once and then forget about it—or need to only apply once, because you have no room in your bag. Unlike most stains, this formula's not drying, not even a little bit.
You can always mattify a slick lipstick with a tissue, but you can't glossify a matte one it without having, well, gloss. Clinique's are the best to keep in your arsenal, and that squishy, squeeze-out tube is sorta fun. Wear it alone or layer it over lipsticks and stains.

An Exfoliating Scrub
While the texture (sugar grains and teeny pieces of almond and walnut shells) exfoliates your lips, the formula (olive oil, shea butter, vitamins A, C and E) moisturizes them. It's the best way to hit the reset button.
You know, the kind you imagine sitting on fancy ladies' mirrored vanity tables. Chanel is great too, but Tom Ford feels a little more dangerous, like something a Bond girl would use, and it's got the absolute creamiest chemistry out there. Worth the splurge.
