Step 1: Body Brushing
"Dry body brushing each morning is an integral part of my daily regimen. It's a great way to get the circulation going, remove dead skin cells, aid in lymphatic draining, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over. I start with my feet and legs and work my way up in quick, gentle strokes."
"I mist my face with two to three pumps of my Citrus Mist—I even keep a bottle in my bag so I can re-spritz throughout the day. The mists help balance your skin's natural pH levels and also prepare the skin to absorb and optimize the benefits of your moisturizer (mine's our Hydrating Day & Night Cream)."
"In terms of hair, at the moment I prefer a low braid of plait as it requires the same amount of effort as a ponytail but looks a little more feminine. And I love using organic coconut oil as a hair treatment!"
"For makeup, I like to use KORA Organics Tinted Day Cream instead of foundation. It contains a natural sunscreen for protection and provides light, fresh coverage so my skin has an even tone. I like to define my lashes and groom my eyebrows because the eyes really frame the face, so I generally curl my lashes and then apply two to three coats of mascara—I like CoverGirl's. To finish off my look, I apply Chanel Rebelle lip tint if I want a more natural look, or Revlon's Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in Hot Tomato if I want to make more of a statement. Both of these colors brighten my complexion instantly. Finally, if I need a little more coverage, I sparingly use RMS concealer where required."
