"I wash my face with Dr. Jart+ Black Label Detox O2 Cleansing Foam (an Eva Chen gift and recommendation, no less!), which sounds like a pretty simple first step, except for the fact that I recently discovered facialist Isabelle Bellis' face-washing tutorial on Into The Gloss and was horrified to see just how wrong I've been doing it all these years. (Watch at your own risk! But also: definitely watch it. It's mesmerizing.)

Then I use SK-II's Facial Treatment Essence which is basically the most expensive thing I've ever purchased, but I am obsessed. I don't know what it does but I swear it does something. (Just look at Cate Blanchett's face!) Right now my skin is freaking out a little bit, so I keep the moisturizing part super simple. I use Estée Lauder's Re-Nutriv Intensive Age-Renewal Eye Creme (applied according to Isabelle Bellis' beautifully-accented instructions) and then Weleda's Skin Food as my all-over product. That stuff is magic. (Jean keeps a tube of it on her desk, which means it's magic that really, truly works.)" - Verena von Pfetten, executive digital editor
