While tonight's Met Gala is known for being the perfect opportunity for an extravagant and super-daring beauty look, celebs have proven you can never go wrong with a classic, old Hollywood-inspired style. Below, makeup artist Nico Guilis breaks down how she created Dree Hemingway's gorgeous, fresh-faced look modeled after no other than Grace Kelly.

"First, lightly spray Shu Uemura Facial Mist all-over to hydrate and prep skin. Then, buff Lightbulb Foundation into the skin with a makeup brush," says Guilis. "For the eyebrows, we wanted a full shape that was brushed high in the corners. For Dree, we used the Eyebrow Manicure in Honey Glaze to brush up and through the ends."

"On the lower eyelids, apply a medium brown eyeshadow color in a rounded shape. Next, apply white eyeliner halfway along the waterline to make the eyes pop. Complete the look with a couple of coats of black mascara on both the top and bottom lashes."

"For the rest of the face, we contoured the cheekbones with bronzer and applied a light dusting of pink blush on the apples of the cheek," says Guilis. As for the lips? "A true red, of course, which was created using Tint in Gelato in Cassis Delight."
