The freakishly affordable E.L.F. Cosmetics has just come up with a truly killer double-ended stick that we can't believe costs only three dollars: One side is a tint with tiny, sci-fi-ish fibers that subtly fill in sparse areas so it looks like your brows are actually fuller; and the other is a vitamin-infused conditioning gel (that also works well for keeping your brows in place). "I've always been minorly obsessed with eyebrows—sometimes to the point of overzealousness," admits Achelle Dunaway, creative director of E.L.F. Cosmetics. "I wanted something that would disguise overplucking or thin spots but wouldn't look like crazy drawn-on-with-a-pencil brows."
