The sexiest makeup ever

Smoky rock and roll

Create an almond-shaped eye with black pencil. Keep the line very thin and close to the lashes. Think of a cat's eye: Drop the line a tiny bit at the inner corner. When you get three-quarters of the way to the outer corner, drag the line up and out.

Go over the line with sooty shadow for a smudgier look.

Add false lashes—only on top. They're key to changing your eye shape—the liner elongates, and the lashes take it up and out.

Black mascara top and bottom opens your eyes up even further.

Sheer and ethereal

Work with paler shades; you'll get the same drama but a different effect. It's earthy and pretty and natural, but it isn't a no-makeup look, either.

Brush on matte brown shadow as a base. Layer bronze and gold shadows at the corners of the eyes, and dust them lightly along the lid and brow.

Brown eye pencil all the way around creates the same almond shape and defines the whole look.

White pencil liner along the inside rim of the lashes makes everything pop.

Brown mascara keeps the subtle color thing going.

Liquid eyeliner is the key here. Drag the liner along the upper and lower lashes, as thinly as you can, and turn the line up a bit as you get close to the outer corner.

Jet black false lashes up the drama. (You can also just curl your lashes and go with a bold mascara like Diorshow.)

Mix brown and shimmery, pale shadows together; go over the lashline and lower lid with the brown, and blend in the paler shades as you go up toward the browbone.

Black mascara top and bottom opens your eyes up even further.
