It's finally starting to warm up, and after months of being buried under layers of down, wool, and cashmere, I can't stop fantasizing about what I'm going to wear this spring. Nautical striped shirts are always pretty heavy in my rotation, but get non-stop play when it's nice out. I thought I was planning ahead by logging onto L.L. Bean to stock up on more of their excellent French sailor t-shirts, and as it turns out, they're so in demand I won't receive my order until just in time for summer.
I never get tired of the French tortoiseshell clips and barrettes from Charles J Wahba (and no matter how many I collect, I can't go into a Barney's outlet without buying a couple new ones).

Every Fashion Week, there is at least one trend that all the editors fall in love with. Last season, there were exclamations about
utilitarian jackets worn over flirty floral dresses at Louis Vuitton, and

and Jil Sander. This time around, I was so impressed by the designers' creativity, I couldn't decide on just one trend to highlight. So, over the next couple of days, I'm going to break down the a few of the best for you here.
