Charmed

Our executive editor, Meredith Kahn Rollins, just clued me in to this limited-edition, sweet-but-elegant collection of charm bracelets from Doyle & Doyle, one of our favorite resources for gorgeous antique and estate jewelry. They're totally one-of-a-kind, handmade, and fashioned out of Victorian and '20s-era stick pins—and pretty well-priced as well. And if you can't make it to the actual Doyle & Doyle on Manhattan's Lower East Side, it's well worth checking out this website—some of their best pieces are online.

Pssst!

Word from accessories director Chris Frey is that one would do well to check out ylang23.com as soon as possible. A rather gorgeous watch by a certain high-end luxury goods line is on sale for 45 percent off. Enjoy the hunt and do not delay!

Indie Fashion Online

Still relatively new to the Web (they made their first Lucky appearance in our February issue) style-scene.com, a site that's dedicated exclusively to young, independent designers, just keeps getting better and better. It's packed with sophisticated, beautifully detailed pieces that are utterly versatile too. We're especially taken with this diaphanous silk and lace Dolman top by H Fredriksson—great with a sleek pencil skirt or dark denim. Adding to the appeal, prices are refreshingly reasonable—nearly everything, even the fanciest items, is less than $300.

The Ideal Espadrille

I was trolling for the perfect pair of espadrilles from the legendary Spanish website espadrillesetc.com (they've got more than 100 styles to choose from, ship to the States in only one to two days, and it's all surprisingly affordable) and found just what I was looking for: the Amaya, a classic closed-toe wedge, updated in bronze. They're just the right height (flatteringly tall but not to the point of being impossible to walk in), sleek enough to wear to work, and I love the goes-with-anything, subtly textured metallic fabric.

Rock Candy

Fashion news associate editor Lauren DeCarlo fell in love with this chunky urban-organic Rock Necklace at Barneys Coop the other day: it is composed of "genuine New York City rock," as the Barneys website cheekily attests, made into a pendant with a tiny champagne diamond lodged in the center, and hung from a delicate gold chain. "So cool and earthy," says Lauren, "and the diamond and gold give it a luxe touch and add extra shimmer." Plus it's got that simultaneously feminine/sexy/tough vibe we're such suckers for here at Lucky.Read More

An Anything-But-Basic Basic

"I like a white shirt," says market director Anne Keane, who estimates that she has 15 or 20 variations hanging in her closet (we've seen them all, and each one is as distinctly cool—but different—than the next). She's currently obsessed with this tunic-length smock by Alice Ritter: "It's way more feminine than a traditional button-down oxford, but still just as crisp," notes Anne, who suggests pairing it with grey stovepipe jeans or adding a skinny low slung belt.

Even More Furniture We Don't Need,
But Crave

Anthropologie's housewares line has been getting better each season, and that goes triple for their furniture collection. From chesterfield sofas upholstered in smoky Belgian linen to this high backed arm chair with a bold dahlia print, the silhouettes are all very classic, but with a cool and feminine spin. If you're at all tempted to check it out, now's the time: it's 25 percent off through the end of the month.

Hope's Most Wanted

The weather's been consistently awful here in New York, but somehow it's propelling all of us in the office to shop even more than usual, particularly (and paradoxically) for cute warm weather pieces. Our fashion director, Hope Greenberg, has already zeroed in on the perfect girly-but-tough springtime dress by Daryl K: the Charlotte, a crisp khaki shift with a sporty drawstring waist offset by sweetly feminine capped sleeves.
