Knit Wit
The sweaterization of everything you own has been a megatrend this season, to such a degree that many, if not most, of my fall clothes have some kind of knit. This can be a bit of problem—especially when you realize (like I did last week) that your skirt, top, and tights are all wool and all have opposing cable patterns. Even so, I still suffer from a sort of crazed sweater fever and
want to gobble up even more styles before the cold weather ends. On my radar today are some fun and unusual pieces, like this gorgeous ruffled version from Vanessa Bruno, this subtly sparkly off-white style (amazing for a holiday party), and from queen-of-knits French lady Sonia Rykiel, a cardigan so cool I'd want to wear it with all things—even if it clearly didn't match.
