A Better Body Despite Many Work Trips!

I'm pretty obsessed with Physique 57, which is an awesome, albeit somewhat expensive workout class that's based on the Lotte Berk Method. I like it because you pay as you go and schedule in advance—which means you can't laze out. Besides, it is aggressively hard, which means that it really works. Their main competitor in town, Core Fusion at Exhale, just released an excellent workout DVD. Which is a good thing because I travel all the time. I do it in hotel rooms, and my whole body hurts the next day, every time. You need two small weights (I use water bottles) and about 40 minutes, though it's divided into small sections, so you don't need to do the whole thing. It addresses arms, butt, legs, and abs, plus includes a 10-minute stretching series.
