Closet Disaster

I came home yesterday to find the contents of my wardrobe on the floor. The impossible happened, and my ridiculously large collection of dresses (upwards of, ahem, 70) snapped the closet rod. I'm using this as an opportunity to pare through my clothes, bit by bit, and to finally organize my stuff. The first thing I'm going to do is invest in some huggable hangers (bright purple, right?). Everyone—from Leighton Meester to our very own Kim France—can't stop talking about how space-saving and amazing these hangers are, and I'm starting to feel left out because I only own the fabric-destroying metal variety that have been gifted to me by my dry cleaners. Do you guys have any closet organizers that you swear by?
