I wandered into the big Banana Republic store at the Grove in L.A. the other weekend, and I was bowled over by the current season's offerings—there was a ton that I wanted to buy. Online, they've created a whole under $100 category, and have posted a slew of accessories that I didn't see in the store. I'm particularly obsessed with this old-school belt, which is actually elastic (useful AND comfortable!)—it looks like a great vintage find. The work separates have a nicely edgy vibe too, like this asymmetrical blouse and poufy tulip skirt.
