Denim Redux

There are a few pieces in the history of my wardrobe that I'd love to still own. One is the second jean jacket I had in high school, which was by Levi's I think, gently worn-in, slightly shrunken, and a little bit frayed (unlike the abominable first JJ in high school, which was "Western" and I swear had spurs and fringe). The good jacket was soideal that I threw it on over everything—sundresses, tanks and shorts, skirts and T-shirts, possibly my prom dress—and it made everything cuter. I am trying to find another like it now on eBay, with okay results (so far I have my eye on this, this, and I even love the darker wash of this). In the meantime, I'm curious: Is there anything from your wardrobe past you wish you had?
