I want to be that girl dripping in chains and cocktail rings, looking very ornate in a rocker-ish way. I really do. But at the end of the day—or rather the start of it, when I'm supposed to be getting ready—I always seem to pick sleeping in bit longer over accessorizing. So my new obsession is sparkling bib necklaces. They take just a second to throw on and make anything from a slouchy tee to a flouncy dress look cooler.
