The hottest (or is it the fly-est?) blog post ever

The other night, on the way to a party for my friend (and Lucky's ever-amazing senior beauty editor) Cristina, I ran into three men, all wearing skinny jeans, hats, and leather jackets, in a discussion over whether it was better to be "hot" or "fly." This very serious conversation went on for a full block with no resolution. Then, at the party, I talked to a woman in a slinky black dress with a strappy, open back. She was both hot and fly and looked like Liz Hurley in 1994. When I complimented her on her outfit, she whispered,

"The dress is from eBay! I'm totally obsessed with the '90s right now!" We became instant friends and, as these things happen, I now want her clothes. This piece completely reminds me of vintage Versace; I could buy this if I promised to never eat again; and there's also this bandage version, which I think could be worn with a blazer and flats to very sexy effect.
