More Tie-dye (I Know, I'm Unstoppable)
I can't shake my desire for tie-dye. This time, I'm coveting Laeken's Osaka dress, which has a very arty, punky—and like its name suggests—Japanese feel. It gathers on either side of the skirt, with sort of a bustled effect. Even if all you added was rubber flip-flops, this would still look pulled together and cool.
