Wanted: Running-around-town flats

I don't know if this is true for you, but running around the city in the summer really takes a toll on my flats, so I can't justify spending too much on them. My goal is to find the perfect pair: inexpensive, but with the ability to add some sophistication to my casual skinny-jeans-and-loose-white-tee look. Payless has some great collaborations going on with some of my favorite designers, like Lela Rose, and they've yielded some pretty stellar styles. Like these elegant greyones: aren't they divine?
