Found: Perfect Summer Evening Bag
I've had bags on the brain overtime for the last day or so, and had an epiphany of sorts after a chat with our Senior Fashion Editor Elle Strauss. I think I've found the perfect summer evening bag. It's this one from Whiting and Davis. It's a tiny, glittery mesh cross body bag (I'm currently leaning towards the silver one) that fits all of my summer essentials: cash, credit card, lip balm, metrocard. And the best part is the price: $42!
Also, I figured I could test drive the trend now, and if I am still loving the bag after the end of the summer, maybe I'll splurge on this version as seen at the Isabel Marant F/W09 fashion show.
