Perfect summer top=$34.50

You know it's summer in New York when loads of topless guys and girls in bikinis start to transform the Great Lawn in Central Park or the patches of grass that range along the West Side Highway into a beach. It definitely irks since it breaks some sort of cardinal rule (i.e., there's no place to swim so why the swimsuit?), but the not-as-judgmental side of me does understand the instinct to strip down now that it's warm enough to justify the lack of layers. Which is why I'm intrigued by the concept of an off-the-shoulder top, like this delicate floral version. It seems subtle, yet sexy—and the low-key pattern is deeply feminine, too. Thoughts?
