Under $100: Little black dress
Granted, this looks like it might be a wee bit short (if you haven't noticed, I'm super neurotic about length), but I'm pretty smitten with the shape of this black dress. The ruffles up front are a great, and understated, touch, and I love that it's not completely even, hem-wise. Makes it a little bit more interesting, don't you think? As the model is, I think I would pair it with a gigantic statement necklace. The dress is definitely understated enough to allow it.
