Child Stars: Where Are They Now? The fashion edition!
When I was growing up, every day after school I'd watch a rerun of Blossom (followed by The Cosby Show , Family Matters , and Step by Step ...) and I have an image of its uber-cute, totally relatable star, Mayim Bialik, wearing a rimmed hat with a big floppy flower from the show's opening credits seared in my brain. Apparently, her style hasn't changed much since then (read: baggy pants and plaid flannel jackets) so What Not to Wear hosts Stacy and Clinton personally nominated her for this year's season premier. She just wrote a behind-the-scenes article about her experiences on set for new Jewish online zine Tablet (in which you'll also learn she's earned a Ph.D. in neuroscience!), and you can see more photos of her transformation here. She still looks cute, but also pulled-together--more like a star actress now than ever!
