Sneak Peek: Fall Collections from Stella McCartney and Chloe

Every once and a while I'll think to myself.... if I only could wear one designer for the rest of my life, who would it be? Of course, this is a total fantasy for a number of reasons, the most important of which is that I could never afford to wear only designer clothes, no matter who the designer. But, it's kind of a fun game anyway and the question usually pops into my head after I've just seen a collection, either on the runway or in a showroom, that makes me feel like I would be the happiest person in the world if I could own/wear every single piece. If I think back to when I've most often been swept away, it's usually after I've seen either Stella McCartney or Chloe.

As a result of the aforementioned budgetary considerations, I actuallyown relatively little from either designer but there's something abouthow both collections always seem to strike the perfect mix of feminine,tailored, luxe and chic that makes it feel like every last blouse andslip dress would be right at home in my closet. Has anyone else everythought about this and if so, who would be your one and only? Above,a couple of things I'm drooling over for fall from both designers.
