Browsing Denimology this morning--a weirdly addictive blog that chronicles the jeans preferences of celebrities--I stopped at a photo of Audrina Patridge filming scenes for The Hills wearing Golden Goose boots I'd die for and a pair of distressed skinnies by a brand I'd never heard of called Divine Rights Of Denim. Turns out they're by Arden B., and which lead me to the company's site for the first time ever, and while the jeans look well and good what really got me was their trove of unbelievably cute, bargain-priced accessories. There's a really good range of statement necklaces, like this one comprised of interlocking gold, silver, and blackened metal chains ($28). Also: I've never seen anything quite like this soft, girly piece done in tissuey chiffon covered with rosettes and pearls (I'd balance it's frilliness with an outfit that's really minimal, like a white tee and narrow black trousers). I can't get over the fact that something so intricate and artfully designed is only $32. For evening, you could never go wrong with this shimmery, sequined black clutch ($28). And even though I don't typically wear belts, I love the stylish French lady vibe I get from this stretchy one embellished with an oversize black flower ($24).
