Almost exactly a year ago, Katie Holmes stepped out on the red carpet in a dress co-designed by herself and her stylist, Jeanne Yang. Back then her rep denied that a line was in the works, but today WWD reports she'll soon be unveiling Holmes & Yang, their classic-looking "premium designer" collection for women and kids, which will launch exclusively at L.A.'s Maxfield this fall. Katie has transformed herself into a sexy and sophisticated style icon, marathon runner, and Broadway dancer, but (by the looks of this dress) do you think her collection will go the way of Nicole Richie's House of Harlow (love) or SJP's Bitten (RIP)?
