This girl looked so hugely chic and put-together in the rain at Lollapalooza when most everyone else either appeared dressed for International Poncho Day-meets-Woodstock '94.
Incidentally, HAD Lucky sent me to Colombia to cover International Poncho Day, the parakeet below totally would have won Best Dressed. Work!
