Page 33 of this week’s New Yorker makes gentle and very funny fun of the ever-rising SPFs in sunscreen. My favorite line is about SPF 75, which the author insists says to the world:

“Clearly the health of my skin is more important to me than the health of your skin is to you, and, while that is sad, all I can do is lead, because I am a leader.”
