Perfect fall bootie=Under $100

I actually had a dream last night that I couldn't find the right shoe for a pair of teal (?) cigarette-leg pants. Beyond the outfit, the shoes I was trying on were straight out of my closet, and none were acceptable. I needed an ankle boot, of which I only have ONE pair. This dearth of acceptable options is probably because the flat and sneaker portion of my shoe wardrobe gets most of my attention. I love this particular pair from Jeffrey Campbell on Need Supply because they look really forward and fancy but they're only $98--they'll be perfect with tights and a dress, or hidden under a pair of wide-legged trousers.
