Perfect looking pants=under $50

Despite the soaring temperatures outside, it's so cold in the office today that I'm wearing a leopard-print winter coat that I unearthed from a shopping bag under my desk. And my feet are still freezing, which means I might need to take a walk around the block. This is convenient, though, because I'm dying to try on these hip-slung khakis from the Gap, which is just across the street. They look so crisp and perfect through the leg—like they got the fit exactly right. Have any of you tried them? I love the alternate shades, too, like the pretty almost purple color, and the soft yellow.
