Totally Unexpected: Express' Holiday Baubles
Today I went to check out Express' holiday collection, which hits stores in late October, and I fell in love with the jewelry! It looks super expensive but in true Express fashion, all of it will be available for under $30, which means I can stock up and look glam during cold-weather season.
