The Show: Erin Wasson x RVCA
The Music: Gang Gang Dance performed live.
The celebs: Brooklyn Decker, Taylor Momsen, and Monet Mazur!
The Models: Natalie Joos' casting was pretty spot-on: Shaggy-haired Freja Beha Erichsen opened, followed by Chanel Iman, Heidi Mount, Irina Lazareanu, Lily Donaldson, etc, etc.
The Look: This is a collection that is clearly meant to be worn--the kind of clothing that looks even better slightly rumpled. Many of the looks centered on the interplay between tight and loose, like a baggy t-shirt over super skinny pants. All kept to a neutral and earth-toned palette. Sometimes sexy, sometimes a little kooky, the pieces were undeniably in line with Wasson's own irreverent cool.
What We Loved: The oversize shirts are cut to perfection, especially the striped one (nautical meets grunge!). I'm also still swooning over the last look--shredded and studded jean shorts.
