The Show: Jill Stuart
The Scene: Inside the New York Public Library's lofty, grand Astor Hall off of Fifth Avenue.
The Celebs: It was a reality TV show bonanza: Real Houswives from three states--New York, New Jersey, and Georgia--were in attendance, as was Gail Simmons from Top Chef and Miss J and Nigel Barker from America's Next Top Model . Non-reality-TV-show notables included Rachel Bilson, Nicky Hilton, Peaches Geldof, and Amanda Bynes.
The Look: '80s rock groupie in space--in the best possible way. That meant lots of heavily studded white leather; black bodysuits with mesh inserts; chain-mail-esque tops paired with sparkly harem pants; and body-conscious, super short dresses. The models faces were mostly bare, and their hair was pulled back into messy, undone knots.
What We Loved: The ruffled, studded white leather jacket, and the heavily-detailed, mini-mini black dresses
