Rumi Neely, the creator of the much-loved fashion blog FashionToast.com, got her start selling vintage pieces on eBay--when clients started inundating her with styling questions, she figured she should turn it into a site. Besides her musings on fashion, Neely documents all of her daily outfits on her blog, which are a pretty complex and fearless take on laidback California style.
Her site has garnered tons of fans--including us, of course!--whichmeans she's now a constant on the Fashion Week scene.
