More Travel Tips From the Road
So we've moved on to Philly in the second leg of the Lucky/Madewell Denim Tour (come see me tomorrow night from 6-8PM at King of Prussia Mall. Seriously! Please?!), and I've picked up yet another ingenious travel tip from Gigi.
As we made the early morning rounds at Whole Foods today to stock up on snacks for our interminable Amtrak ride, Gigi whipped out a net bag, exactly like this one, which is available at the uber-cool Cooper Hewitt Gift Shop. As she piled an increasing number of apples and waffles and cookies and bags of chips into it, it just took it all in, ever-expanding, without smashing any of it. Totally green, and totally awesome--with cute little handles, too!
