Favorite Looks: I'm so excited girly is back! It's a breath of fresh air for spring's warmer temperatures. The black and white polka-dot dress at Prabal Gurung is my favorite frock of the week so far. At Rosa Cha, polka dots dominated the first half of the runway, where they got the retro treatment on high-waisted, bra-cup bikinis styled with bright headbands. I'll be watching for more dots this week for sure.
