Yay Or Nay: Drew Barrymore's Punk Makeover
Take a look at this photo of Drew Barrymore working a new punked out look at her Whip It movie premiere in Boston a couple nights ago.
It's a lot to soak in: pyramid studs, tattered plaid, gold chain, heavyeyeliner, lacquered red nails and lips, a kilt, and most extreme ofall--jet black-dyed tips on her blond hair. While I admire Drew'squirkiness and willingness to take fashion risks (remember theheart-shaped glasses?) I think she went kinda nuts with the grungereferences here, like a bad Kurt Cobain parody or something. What doyou think?
