Do You Have a Signature Scent?
Like Michelle Obama and Creed's Love in White,almost every one of my friends has a signature scent that suits her identity insome profound and charming way.
Ann, classic blonde law professor whose wholehouse is done in shades of blue and white: Tiffany Eau de Parfum. Schuyler,Hollywood interior designer and surfer-chick: Diorissimo. Lynne, organicgardener and Chinese horoscope proponent: Jo Malone Lime Basil & MandarinCologne.
I had a long running thing with Robert PiguetFracas in college, and was serially into Prescriptives Calyx, Barney's Route du Thé, and Clarins' Eau Dynamisante over the years. (I go forthe fresh lemony type.) But now, sad as it is, I don't have a wild andcommitted moment with a perfume. And as much as Ilike to experiment, I'm inclined to think it's not nearly as good as when I hiton the singular, genuinely right thing. So. What do I need to try?
