I Wouldn't Wear This As A Dress...
But I sure do like it as a top. And, if you're super-petite, you might be able to pull it off as American Apparel intended--though with tights please!
Otherwise, it's just a great, straightforward tunic top, which can be worn loosely belted over a fitted pant, or as is, so long as it's paired with something tailored, like a blazer. I love the dark, chambray blue.
