Madewell Regional Denim: What They're Loving in L.A., Atlanta, and Boston

We're heading across the nation as part of our Fall Denim Tour with Lucky , and talk turned to jeans the other day in the rental car. (Or maybe it was on the train. Or possibly the plane. We're spending lots of time in transit). Anyhow, all of our visits to different cities made us wonder: What types of jeans are girls loving in various parts of the country? For the answer, we went straight to the source: the stylish ladies in our stores. Here's their intel . . .

Los Angeles

Rachel Salzman, who runs the ship at our Century City store, is pretty bananas for our Slim Slouch Jeans. She's so effortlessly cool, it's no wonder she's a fan of their loose-meets-slim fit (and you can't argue that they look great on her). Plus, they come in vintage-y washes that look like they've been worn for years--what's not to love?

Atlanta

Aly Rabinowitz, store stylist at Lenox Square, is jazzed about our new super-lean Legging Jeans. Like the name says, they're a clever hybrid of leggings and jeans--and actually made of a supersoft knit fabric that looks and feels just like denim, but through some miracle of modern science, is even stretchier.

Boston

Over on Newbury Street, store director Julie Miller can't stop wearing our Rail Straight Jeans. They're a Madewell signature, and she stockpiles them in any wash, from worn and torn to deep and dark. Whenever a new Rail Straight shipment shows up, Julie's usually the first one hovering around the box. And she's on to something: they're wildly flattering, and their streamlined shape looks good on everyone.

Love these? Check them out at a Madewell near you, or shop us online at Shopbop.com.
