Postcard from Paris: Celebs Swarm Jean Paul Gaultier
The clothes in Gaultier's hip hop lineup were almost beside the point. The real attraction was the front row which had the highest concentration of star wattage so far this season.
Rhianna, Catherine Deneuve, Katy Perry, Janet Jackson and Dita Von Teese all watched the designer mine his greatest hits: cone bras, baggy overalls, transparent layers, trench coats, striped knits, and more reinterpreted for spring in the form of street-style fare.
Note to the aforementioned list of stars: Apologies for the possibly unflattering pictures snapped from my seat across the runway.
