Postcard from Paris: Celine, My Dream Wardrobe
There are at least a couple of days every week when I wish that I didn't have to think about what I was going to wear. Those are the days I fantasize about having a uniform: not something dowdy and personality-free but something so perfectly cut, chic and easy to wear that I could mindlessly throw it on and know that I always looked good.
In her first collection for Celine, Phoebe Philo (formerly accorded cult-hero-status for reinventing Chloe) designed my uniform.
I would happily wear any of the pieces in the line, but for me, the go-tos would be the cool, clean, beautiful skirt/top combinations.
