Speaking of Holiday Embellishments

Like Emily, I, too, find myself clamoring for anything sparkly. And one of the best places to fill this void is Express, since apparently they didn't meet a sequin they didn't like this season (they're even doing them on leggings!).

I like the understated appeal of this white sequined tank (it's also available in black, along with a slightly more surprising navy). It's like a basic white top, but if you look closer, it's shiny! In fact, I find no fault with it at all (including the nice price of $29.50), except that the back is plain. Why can't they sequin the back too?!?

Meanwhile, the theory that this upcoming winter is going to be horribly cold is terrifying (see Emily's post here). Worst. News. Ever. Particularly because I accidentally left my Barbour coat behind in the overhead bin on the flight to LA this past weekend. Not smart: American Lost & Found can't seem to find it. Which isn't particularly surprising. Have any of you ever actually recovered something like that? An editor here did find her brand-new Christian Louboutin pumps in the Lost & Found at Metro North once, which is some consolation...
