I'm 24 and use moisturizer every day, but I want to start using eyecream as well to prevent wrinkles. What should I use? And how often?Thank you!

At this age, if the main issue is the prevention of lines, I recommend using an eye cream with ingredients that will help increase collagen production. Choose a formula made with peptides to help regulate the synthesis of collagen. And make sure it has good humectant properties to help keep the delicate skin in the eye area hydrated--look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin. Work it into both your morning and night skincare regimens.
I hardly ever got acne in high school and now that I'm 29, my chin breaks out constantly. I live in a dry climate and many products dry out my skin. So now I'm worried about both wrinkles and acne. Please help!

When people start breaking out in their late 20s, especially in the lower face, it may be due to hormonal issues or stress (which can affect hormone levels in the blood). You want to see if there is a reason for these breakouts: I recommend discussing any recent changes in your lifestyle or skincare regimen with your dermatologist. Topical Retin-A or Differin gel or cream (both are prescription) both help control acne as well as repair and prevent wrinkling in the area. In addition, a benzyl peroxide compound can be used on the skin to inhibit bacteria growth.
