An Early Jump On Holiday Shopping

For the first time, maybe ever, I'm starting to think about holiday gifts before Thanksgiving. I feel like this sudden bout of inspiration is coming from all of the amazingly affordable, cute, chic things I've been running across over the past few weeks. By far one of the most clever and unexpectedly glamorous is this set of 500 colored pencils sold subscription-style (25 pencils delivered each month over the next 20 moths) from Felissimo.

I'm not much of a DIYer or even especially artistic but there'ssomething so personal and lovely about a gift that encouragescreativity not to mention that the sets themselves are like littleworks of art.
