Ligia Dias Designs for Club Monaco
You may not recognize Parisian jewelry designer Ligia Dias' name right off the bat, but chances are you've seen (and ogled) her work. Having crafted accessories for Lanvin and worked with Rei Kawakubo at Comme des Garcons, Dias is now working on an affordable line for Club Monaco, in what will be the retailer's first-ever design collaboration.
For Club Monaco, the designer--who launched her own namesake jewelry line back in 2005--has crafted a line that, reports The Moment, "will consist of five pieces, combining the utilitarian with the refined--Dias mixed rope and brass with pearls and crystals." The collection will be stocked at Club Monaco stores across the country come the holiday season and will be priced from $149 to $399. Considering Dias' resume, not to mention the high-fashion price point at which her designs typically retail, this is definitely a rare opportunity to score expertly crafted jewelry that won't break the bank.-Alisa Gould-Simon
