First Look at Guy Baxter's New Line, Band Groupies

We love LA based designers Braxton and Turya Nations' flirty silk dresses and expertly mismatched color combinations under their line Guy Baxter; now they're branching out with a line that's the polar opposite: cotton stonewash cowl sleeve dresses, striped shift dresses, and scoop neck t-shirts in neutral black, white and gray cotton. The label is called Band Groupies, and we're already dedicated followers.

Here are your wear-'til-they're-threadbare purchases: A cropped boxy "I'm With the Band" t-shirt (layer it under an equally boxy blazer); and long-sleeve minidresses in both black and white stripes, and plain black with subtle shoulder pads. The line retails for $68 to $168, and a good portion of the proceeds go to benefit the "Rock School Scholarship Fund," which provides instruments and scholarship funding for children in need who have a desire to learn and play rock music. The collection will be available come December on guybaxter.com.
