New Video Series: Master class

Every season there are always those items that cause a lot of head-scratching, even amongst theoretical fashion pros. It's usually because these items are hard to wear: They're too casual, or too fancy, or require just the right trimmings.

One such item is the over-the-knee boot. It's a big trend this year, and it's been causing a lot of consternation just because it's so difficult to get it exactly right. For example, I wanted to try this pair from Guess, though I chickened out pre-purchase.
